Collaborating closely with activation leads, you&#8217;ll delegate tasks effectively and promote a positive work culture. As the primary point of contact between clients and internal cross-functional teams, you&#8217;ll develop strong client relationships, attend meetings, and drive data-driven performance strategies. Additionally, managing priorities, workloads, and resource allocation will be crucial to meeting client deadlines and ensuring high-quality campaign outputs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Person:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With 7-10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a media agency setting, you exhibit strong leadership, a can-do spirit, and global business acumen. You&#8217;re eager to foster team and business growth, possess excellent client management skills, and excel in project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Fluency in Japanese and English.
