Global IT Vendor is seeking an experienced Business Analyst working at the client’s site to deliver a digital transformation project;<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\n
• Collaborate with Project Managers to define the approach, deliverables, and estimated effort for business analysis tasks.<\/li>\n
• Prepare and document business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications using industry best practices.<\/li>\n
• Facilitate communication between creative, business, and technical teams at various levels, including IT solution vendors, IT development team, marketing, and customer service.<\/li>\n
• Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, clarifying requirements, and troubleshooting roadblocks in collaboration with the development team.<\/li>\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.<\/li>\n
• Provide client training on specific functions and utilities, including content administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  \n
  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience, including planning, monitoring, requirements management, and solution validation.<\/li>\n
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience with e-commerce, web development, and mobile payments, including an understanding of enterprise e-commerce mechanisms like GWP\/PWP.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in a Technology-Enabled Services environment.<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with business case development, SWOT analysis, BRDs, software requirement specifications<\/li>\n
  • Strong background in business process re-engineering, and value stream mapping.<\/li>\n
  • Expertise in agile and scrum methodologies.<\/li>\n
  • Strong skills in BPMN, Flowchart, DFD, and UML 2.0 (class, use-case, sequence, state, activity diagrams).<\/li>\n
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence administration is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
