We have partnered with a rapidly growing haircare brand who are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their fantastic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across all brand touchpoints, both digital and creative.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design, with a passion for beauty and digital, and experience in building brands. They should possess excellent design skills, an eye for detail, and be able to work on multiple projects at once. The position offers a unique opportunity to lead all creative across a growing brand globally, delivering marketing assets that align with the brand’s values and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs across all brand touchpoints, including packaging, digital ads, social media content, email marketing, and website design.
• Develop and implement design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on the brand’s guidelines, aesthetic, and marketing objectives.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop design briefs, understand project requirements, and deliver high-quality designs that meet deadlines.
• Ensure that all designs produced are of high quality, align with the brand’s values, and are consistent across all platforms.
• Maintain and update the brand’s visual identity guidelines and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices, incorporating them into the brand’s visual identity where appropriate.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar design role, preferably at a consumer retail/beauty company.
• High design values and an eye for beauty, with experience in building brands.
• Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
• Good photo and video editing skills for reels and other visual moving assets.
• Good knowledge of digital design, with proven experience in designing for web, email marketing communications, website elements including homepages, category, and promotional banners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
