Led by their CDO, the last year has seen a lot of change for this company from a data and tech perspective. With the backing of the CMO to create a new digital marketing function, bringing in Adobe platforms, across multiple brands within the business, all marketing activity has also been centralised, increasing automatics and x-cross channel personalisation. All data has been moved to the cloud, taking multiple transactional and data platforms across multiple teams onto Azure, and bringing in a Snowflake datawarehouse pulling in data from various businesses and channels. New data science tooling has also been introduced, including Data Bricks and the team is now working on omnichannel decisioning, automation, utilising data from online journeys to help call centres too.


We are hiring for 5 new Senior Data Analysts to join the business as part of this growth and change. These roles will suit data storytellers, insights experts, people who are curious about understanding trends in the data and unearthing valuable, commercial insights around customer behaviours and engagement. Your background may be in customer insight, CRM or more general insights data analysis … either way, there will be a wide variety of projects and problems for you to work on! Technically they use SQL in house primarily, as well as Excel, so strong skills with these tools is key, as well as the ability to build dashboards and visualise data for stakeholders.

Experience required:

  • Educated to at least degree level in a numerate subject such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, chemistry, physics, machine learning, computer science etc.
  • A naturally curious mindset, a desire to deliver insightful change and impact is KEY
  • Skills using SQL to manipulate and analyse various data sets in large volumes is essential
  • Experience with either Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Qlik to build dashboards and engaging data visualisations
  • Confident and strong presentation skills; ability to bring data to life for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ideally a background in CRM or customer insight analytics, but broader data insights backgrounds considcered
  • Thrives in a pacey and high performing environment
  • Strong team collaboration skills, able to work in a dynamic and solutions focused environment
