Ecommerce Coordinator | Retail

Rotherham 3/4 days a week

£30-40k +bonus

Our client, is one of the UK’s largest franchised brands in their field. They are a family owned and run retail business, which has recently conducted extensive research into how its brand is perceived. The brand is now on a journey of repositioning itself and at the heart of this will be developing a new eCommerce platform, to help drive business into its stores.

In this role you will be managing the eCommerce site content, amending prices, uploading products, merchandising the products, and updating descriptions.

This is a hands-on role where you will support the Management in executing their strategy, experience using Magento is a MUST!

The Role

This role will report to the business directors and you will be responsible for:

• Manage all things related to the eCommerce platform (site content, merchandising, customer journey).
• Drive site improvements alongside the web agency to increase revenue and improve eCommerce performance.
• Create and review SEO strategies.
• Be responsible for the delivery of the new website, alongside the web agency.
• Set up and conduct regular reporting of the website, ensuring KPIs are being measured.
• Create a GTM strategy to ensure products are correctly merchandised on the website to increase sales and ultimately hit trading plans.
• Be responsible for the total eCommerce ecosystem, providing regular insights and coming up with recommendations and areas of opportunity based on competitor analysis.

You

This brand love entrepreneurial, driven and inquisitive people who are looking to develop their e-commerce skillset. You’ll need:

• At least 2 years experience in an ecommerce role.
• Self motivated with excellent organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Magento is essential.
• Experience with online analytics tools (Google Analytics).
