Finance Manager
Location: Johannesburg (Full-time, in-office)
Department: Finance
Salary: R50 000 – R60 000 CTC per month (negotiable based on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing business operating in a complex, fast-paced environment, requiring strong financial control, compliance, and operational oversight.

The role:
You will take full ownership of finance operations, including accounting, tax, reporting, and process improvement, while acting as a key finance partner to the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting processes
• Overseeing tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, income tax)
• Preparing financial statements and supporting audits
• Managing cash flow and treasury activities
• Strengthening internal controls and financial processes
• Working cross-functionally to resolve operational and data issues
• Managing relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Leading and developing a small finance team

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager role
• Strong knowledge of South African accounting and tax regulations
• Experience managing full finance functions independently
• ERP system experience (SAP advantageous)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
