Greater London Contract / 3 month rolling Up to £18.55 per hour

Role: HR Admin

Rate: £18.55 p/hour

Contract: 3-month rolling


HR Admin required to work through back of DBS applications and renewals. There will be an opportunity to support upcoming recruitment campaigns.

Key requirments:

  • Must be able to work in office 3 x per week (Observatory House)
  • Ideally will have used Agresso –
  • Must be well versed in the DBS application process as well as renewals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
