Our client has one of the longest histories of being a trusted voice in the Australian medical industry and is a small, closed knit team. They are entering an exciting new phase of growth and innovation. They are passionate about ongoing healthcare professional development for doctors and GPs across Australia providing high-quality podcasts, webcasts, learning modules, and video content.
Role summary
This is a hands-on Marketing Manager role to drive our client’s Marketing ecosystem in the healthcare space. You will bring your expertise to manage end-to-end Marketing operations, new initiatives, and keep workflows moving perfectly. Balancing high-output marketing execution with strategic input, all while bringing a genuine, team-first spirit.
What will you be doing?
- Leading the Marketing & Communications team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and agile culture. Own and optimize the core marketing automation stack.
- Developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned to company growth objectives.
- Managing end-to-end campaign delivery across email, social media, web, content, events, and print.
- Driving audience acquisition, engagement and retention across organization’s education and CPD offerings.
- Contributing to hands-on day to day organization’s digital product ecosystem, including AI-enabled learning and engagement initiatives.
- Remaining hands-on with campaign execution, digital marketing operations and content publishing where required.
- Leading marketing initiatives for online learning (LMS), podcasts, webcasts, video, editorial and emerging education formats.
- Manage day-to-day functionality of the CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring data flows cleanly between the marketing assets and educational platforms.
What you’ll bring?
- 8 to 15 years of deep, hands-on marketing operations and campaign management experience.
- A solid background in Healthcare, Health Education, Pharmacy, or Health Insurance. You understand the compliance, audience nuances, and unique trust factors of the health sector.
- Advanced, practical proficiency in ActiveCampaign, WordPress, and GA4. You know how to configure these tools, not just look at the dashboards.
- Proven experience taking new initiatives from a rough MVP concept to a successful, structured launch.
- Solid understanding of how CRMs and LMS platforms integrate with front-facing marketing efforts.
- You genuinely thrive in a flat, high-output structure where your value is measured by the quality of your output and the efficiency of your systems.
