Content Designer

My client, a leading digital agency that services key public sector customers, is on the hunt for multiple Content Designers for a major project for the next 6 months, but the total project expected to run for 18 months to two years.

Candidates will require a recent SC Clearance and in your role you will create user-focused content for services and products to help make them easy to understand and accessible. You will work in a multidisciplinary team that includes interaction designers, user researchers, developers and service designers.

Your will design content that meets user needs and makes complex language and processes easy to understand and use.

You will work very closely throughout the agile service design phases from discovery to live with user researchers, service designers and interaction designers.

Day to day, you will also complete user research and evidence to inform the design of content and user journeys. This could include interviews, qualitative and quantitative data and desk research.
