Global Community Manager

Salt have partnered with a well known key player in the FMCG industry as they are on the hunt for a Global Community Manager. This will be a hybrid working, 3 month contract.

As the client witnesses the birth of a new audience, they have a unique opportunity to engage with them. The primary objective of this position is to recruit, manage and grow a global community of creators that will become their brand and product ambassadors.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Analyse consumer behaviour and identify product/category enthusiasts across key markets globally
• Brand and launch the community across the most popular social channels in key markets
• Outline ways and models to manage the community and retain talent in a scalable way
• Partner with the platforms team to develop solutions to recruit and manage community members via existing owned sites
• Identify best model to feed accounts with organic content produced by the community

Are you someone who has established influencer marketing experience and know-how across the below areas:

• Community management
• Talent recruiting and retention
• Talent management, briefing and measurement
• Branding and communication
• End-to-end knowledge of digital channels
• Ability to inspire others in this new area of growth

Do you also have experience in:

• Liaising with multiple stakeholders across markets and seniority levels
• Managing complex projects
• Team building and management
• Agile ways of working and data-driven projects
