Great opportunity to work directly with the Head of Marketing of a growing luxury property brand in the heart of Mayfair to help drive business growth!

Responsibilities:

• Crafting compelling social media content that reflects our company’s brand and tone, and overseeing our LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, and YouTube channels
• Creating visually striking pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
• Supporting the development of marketing materials such as brochures and flyers
• Generating fresh marketing concepts that enhance our brand recognition and attract more followers
• Coordinating events from planning to implementation
• Conducting market research and analysis to inform our marketing strategies
• Managing our social media accounts and expanding our online reach
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva with a strong aptitude for design
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled in storytelling to captivate audiences
• Highly strategic and creative with a talent for executing ideas
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses a positive attitude and is always ready to assist the team and enjoy the work
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices
• Real Estate industry experience is advantageous
• Possesses a curious mindset and a drive to continuously learn and develop
