One of the British beauty brands are growing their marketing function and are looking for a motivated CRM and Marketing Coordinator to support on customer lifecycle, retention and maximise sales.

This role requires a solid understanding of digital, CRM & lifecycle marketing and highly analytical thinking as you will be working with multiple projects surrounding the completion of customer journey.

Responsibilities

· Manage large volume of end-to-end email and CRM campaigns, from briefing to execution

· Collaborate with wider marketing team to ensure all customer journeys are adapted for relevancy

· Regularly report on campaign performance and share insights with the wider team

· Work closely with Customer Insights team contributing to testing strategies

· Manage and optimize complex automation flows to encourage repeat business

· Continuously keep up with latest trends and competitor communications, making suggestions for improvement

Key Skills and Requirements

· 2-3 years of CRM experience within an online or retail background

· Experience of working with ESPs and Customer Data platforms

· Knowledge of Customer Journeys and BAU

· Ability to work with data and insights
