eCommerce and Performance Marketing Manager

My client, an amazing online retailer, is on the hunt for eCommerce and Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract to cover a maternity leave working from their London HQ.

The role will lead on managing their digital marketing agency who lead on the majority of their performance campaigns, help drive their CRM and email marketing via their platform Ometria, and overall eCommerce management and drive their strategy through peak trading period and into the new year.

You will also play a key role in the management of junior team members and ensure they’re getting the guidance and development they require.

You will have a good understanding of digital and performance marketing channels to ensure the most is being extracted from the efforts of their digital agency.

You will work with broader areas of their marketing department and be able to interpret data pulled from reports to ensure the business is gaining the relevant insights.

You will have at least 4-5 years’ experience in eCommerce and will ideally at least 1-2 years in a manager-level role managing a small team.
