Head of Digital – Hospitality

Salt have exclusively partnered with a well-known name within the hospitality industry to help them in their search for a Head of Digital. In this role you will report to the Commercial Director and act in a centre of excellence position to support the different brand portfolios with their digital and ecommerce strategy.

You will be responsible for driving the digital transformation for the brands, by reviewing their current digital offering and installing digital best practice to help drive online sales, increase digital visibility and enhance the online brand presence.

Key requirements:

· Conduct a review of the brand’s Digital and eCommerce Strategy

with the mindset to boost brand visibility.

· Oversee all digital marketing activities and create a best

practice programme.

· Continuously review the online customer journey, through

measuring data and customer insights.

· Report weekly, monthly and annually on the trading performance

inline with the forecast set.

· Review Digital toolkit and help to make improvements ensuring effective ROI.

· Analyse the performance or paid and organic acquisition channels to maximise traffic and conversion.

· Review marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

Skills and experience:

· Experience of leading the development of a cross channel digital

strategy.

· Digital experience in hospitality, ideally in hotels.

· Awareness of latest trends and technologies.

· Experience of driving through organisational change through the

team and throughout the wider organisation, by working through influence.

· Creative, demonstrating outside thinking, not afraid to change

what we do and how we do it, push the boundaries.
