Brand Engagement Executive (PR & Influencer) – German speaking

SALT have partnered with a huge global consumer brand as they are on the hunt for a Brand Engagement Executive. This will be an ASAP starting, 10 month contract.

As the Influencer and Brand Engagement Executive, you will develop and execute review-based influencer marketing activations to promote and enhance the client’s brand and products/services.

This position requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a keen understanding of social media platforms, especially YouTube, with influencer marketing and PR trends. This role is specifically to support the EU region and the requirement to speak German and English is essential.

The main focuses will include:

• Collaborate with the product category team to develop reviewer and influencer marketing strategies to align with the overall marketing objectives of the brands business. Understand target audiences and determine appropriate influencer partnerships to reach those audiences effectively within the DACH and other EU regions.
• Research and identify relevant content creators and influencers, primarily on the YouTube platform. Build relationships with these content creators through various channels, including social media platforms, emails, & events. Could include contract negotiation, management and agreements with content creators.
• Develop engaging and authentic content that promotes the company’s brand and products/services. Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure content is aligned with brand values and resonates with the target audience.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with EU content creators and influencers, acting as the main point of contact between the client and them. Continuously engaging to build loyalty and advocate for the brand.

Part time: 2-3 days per week
Office Location: Reporting to the EU office/team
Candidate Location: Can be based in the UK or EU
Essential: Must have PR/Influencer experience and also be able to speak German
