Job Title: New Business Sales Executive
Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary Package: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE

The Role:
- New Business Sales Executive dealing with end-to-end sales cycle.
- Growing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified sales prospects.
- Identifying and closing self-generated new logo sales opportunities.
- Qualifying and converting sales leads passed from marketing campaigns.
- Leading RFI & RFP processes for new clients by coordinating resources.
The Person:
- Minimum 5 years of new business sales experience in software/technology.
- A genuine ‘hunter mindset’ to win net new logo clients internationally.
- A track record of sales success, consistently exceeding 7 figure quotas.
- A background of closing complex, enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
- An established network and ability to engage with C-level contacts.
The Process:
- 45 min video call with CRO (competency interview)
- Online sales skills assessment (completed remotely)
- 45 min video call with VP HR (cultural interview)
