SAP HCM Application Manager | Contract to Permanent
Role Overview:
Lead and manage SAP HCM and SuccessFactors applications, including day-to-day operations, system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements. Manage a team of specialists, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements:
* 8+ years in SAP service delivery or HCM team lead/manager roles
* 5+ years supporting SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
* Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Employee Central, and Onboarding/Recruiting modules
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/related field; ITIL preferred
