Social Commerce Manager, TikTok
Silverstone, Northamptonshire – 2 days a week
Mostly remote working will be considered for the right person.
Salary between £60K-£90K
Salt have partnered with a high growth ecommerce business that sells mobile accessory goods across the globe. My client has seen astronomical growth across social selling, specifically TikTok, and is looking for a highly commercial manager to grow this side of the business. Experience of selling across Insta, Facebook Marketplace, and/or TikTok is a must.
The Role and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for maximising commercial offering across social channels with TikTok Shop being a focus.
· Own and manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop from product set up to analytics and reporting.
· Provide recommendations on driving revenue through regular analysis of customer sell-through, inventory and KPIs
· Develop the shop front on social media channels.
· Define strategic partnerships with key influencers/content creators, and manage collaborations.
· Manage and maintain relationships with social commerce partners.

· Be seen as an expert in social commerce across TikTok, Insta, Facebook, and YouTube.
· Manage two TikTok Shop team members.
The Person:
· Demonstrable experience managing and growing sales through social commerce, with TikTok Shop being a major plus.
· Highly commercial with a data driven mindset.
· Deep understanding of how to generate revenue through social media channels.
· Experience managing 3rd party partner relationships.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
