Commodity Market Risk Analyst

A global leading company is currently recruiting for a Quant Market Risk Business Analyst who has experience with commodity trading and derivatives trading. Hybrid role paying up to £800 per day.

Experience and skills required for the Market Risk Analyst, Commodity Risk Analyst, Quant Analyst, Quantitative finance professional, Quant Market Risk Business Analyst

• Experience and understanding of commodity trading, excellent functional understanding of concepts such as pricing, exposure, PL, risk reporting.
• Relevant experience in a market risk role from trading companies or banks.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives trading.
• Advanced knowledge of risk metrics such as VaR, stress testing, scenario analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analysis and refinement of functional and nonfunctional requirements from stakeholders across the commodity trading
