Workday HCM Manager

Salt is currently hiring a Workday specialist for one of our clients in Switzerland.

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.
• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

• You have at least a Bachelor university degree (Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Human Resource Management or equivalent).
• You have min. 5-8 years of work experience in the field of HRIS/HRT consulting incl. relevant project management experience in Workday implementation projects.
• You have a valid certification in Workday HCM, further certifications in other Workday modules are a great advantage.
• You are strong in analytical thinking but also have a creative mind to develop innovative solutions for our clients and are familiar with technological working practices.
