We have partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing FinTech start ups that has created an innovative platform that helps SME’s to manage their cash flow and secure funding! Due to continued success and now having over £2bn in funding approvals under their belts, they’re looking to expand their team.

They’re seeking a passionate Engineering Manager to join and drive projects and roadmaps, oversee API integrations, enhance platform stability and deliver seamless customer experiences for the 150,000 SME’s they support!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee engineering roadmaps and align with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage backend engineering
Own platform stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Lead API integration projects with strategic partners, ensuring seamless collaboration

Tech – Kotlin | React | Typescript | Spring Boot | JVM

Salary – Circa 80k

Location – Remote (Occasional visits to London HQ)
