Their consumer facing web and mobile product has millions of active daily users, and that number is consistently increasing, so it is a great time to be part of the business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives\/Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute across all phases of design work: research, conceptual design, prototyping, detailed design, usability testing and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, changing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the creation of outstanding brand visual and engaging interactions with a unique appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices for user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve design processes, knowledge and tools to measurably enhance productivity and product quality.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively drive cooperation within design chapter &amp; contribute to fostering collaboration with other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the quality of implementation meets design requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep working &amp; proven knowledge in user experience (including: wireframing, user flow mapping, user testing, pain point analysis, platform parity analysis, and information hierarchy analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Adobe Photoshop\/Illustrator<\/li>\n<li>Apple Sketch is a must (necessity)<\/li>\n<li>Design spec&#8217;ing tools like Zeplin, or Sketch measure<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of designing for handhelds and full-sized view ports<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SCRUM or KANBAN<\/li>\n<li>JIRA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of full time UX &amp; UI design experience in an agile consumer-focused, high performance organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the most successful and well-known brands across the Middle East, operating in the eCommerce space.
