You need to understand how to present and develop information and interactions across all digital channels, creatively and practically. <\/p>\n<p>Strong research skills and a passion for working with clients to develop their business and communication strategies beyond their website and digital applications is also essential.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Product Owner, the engineers, to establish the user experience of a feature from conception to launch.<\/li>\n<li>Sensibility for creating useful, meaningful text that helps users complete their tasks (UX writing).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with user-interface guidelines and best practices for major platforms such as iOS Human Interface Guidelines and especially for Google Material Design Guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Skills &amp; experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced command of industry standard design tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision) and prototyping software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with web or mobile based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android Studio, XCode, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to take feedback\/direction to generate multiple design explorations and iterate those designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role: As part of their growing digital team, your main tasks will include UX Design, strategy creation and validation.
