* 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design<\/p>\n
* Bachelor’s degree in Preferably in Design Domain or Technology.<\/p>\n
* Must be customer obsessed and follow user-centric design principles.<\/p>\n
* A strong command of contemporary design tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe and Invision<\/p>\n
* Experience with user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing<\/p>\n
* The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with openmindedness<\/p>\n
* Problem-solving and analytical skills<\/p>\n
* An understanding of design patterns<\/p>\n
* Excellent attention to detail<\/p>\n
* Basic understanding of HTML is a big plus.<\/p>\n
