The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who is motivated by building on a new marketing team with a background of ecommerce\/marketplace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the planning, development and execution of all marketing activities for the company&#8217;s brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Setting and managing the budget for the Performance marketing department.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share<\/li>\n<li>Set KPI&#8217;s for customer acquisition and engagement across all digital channels.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out qualitative and quantative research alongside competitor analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the company&#8217;s relationships with existing and new external agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on key KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer lifetime value, ROI, brand awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and utilizing technology tools wherever possible to enhance performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertaking continuous analysis of consumer trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years experience in Marketing<\/li>\n<li>5+ years experience in digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in digital\/tech related functions<\/li>\n<li>Any marketing experience within the fintech\/ecommerce\/telecommunications industry would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor or Master&#8217;s degree in marketing, data science or similar<\/li>\n<li>Proven Track record in delivering outstanding results for brands, taking them from launch to success or exponential growth.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Digital Marketing Lead Our client, based in Kuwait is looking for a Head of Digital marketing and Growth to expand their capability across all digital channels.
