{"id":163927,"date":"2021-09-21T06:35:52","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T05:35:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/crm-manager\/"},"modified":"2021-11-05T11:25:53","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:25:53","slug":"crm-manager-163927","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/marketing\/crm-marketing-analytics\/crm-manager-163927\/","title":{"rendered":"CRM Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Our client is looking for a talented Head of CRM and Retention to join their growing team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This global business is keen to create a new focus on Insights that informs business decisions on an international scale.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of the job include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering CRM inline with an agreed strategy<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Technical campaign planning<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and report generation<\/li>\n<li>Operating broadcast tool on a day to day basis e.g. Making selections, setting up campaigns, reporting etc<\/li>\n<li>Working with the wider agency to deliver best practice campaigns and strategic projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill set<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agency side\/consulting or Client-side will be considered<\/li>\n<li>Responsys\/Braze (or comparable ESP) experience a must<\/li>\n<li>SQL experience required<\/li>\n<li>CRM experience within a digital environment is required<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date knowledge of marketing technologies (MarTech) and digital experience platforms spanning Owned, Paid and Earned \/ Social Media<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills managing and co-ordinating various stakeholder requests and objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS or MS degree<\/li>\n<li>5 years experience of marketing, CRM or loyalty analytics <\/li>\n<li>Loyalty or membership experience is a huge bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position Overview Our client is looking for a talented Head of CRM and Retention to join their growing team.
