The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience in a similar role and have worked with multiple brands internationally or in the UAE.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute and analyze A\/B test plans to improve engagement performance.<\/li>\n<li>Work on marketing automation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing campaign performance to provide insightful actions for optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Development of complex segmentation models to deliver targeted campaigns based on customer insights.<\/li>\n<li>Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years&#8217; experience CRM Analyst or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in SQL is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Expert using Excel for data analysis and modelling.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client on the Agency side is looking for their next Junior CRM Analyst to join their team.
