This candidate will be detail orientated and have strong communication skills. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company&#8217;s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage regular communication of services impact and effectiveness to all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Develop a clear and concise understanding of the partner&#8217;s needs, strategies and business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Create Success Plans<\/li>\n<li>Own all day-to-day communication with key partners.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and lead all aspects of onboardings.<\/li>\n<li>Providing insight into the ecosystem, trends, and future growth.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate and lead quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.<\/li>\n<li>Be on the forefront of partner communication responsible for escalations to executive management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll have the following skills &amp; experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of partner success\/account management experience in the internet, software or e-commerce sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
