They currently have offices in Dubai, Jordan, KSA and Egypt and due to an ever-increasing clientele they are on the lookout for another Account Director.<\/p>\n<p>They are looking for an ambitious Account Director who will take responsibility for managing a team of Account Managers, Senior Execs and Execs to drive and motivate the team. In this position, you will also be responsible for providing an exceptional client experience, quality checking and crisis control, and maintaining their customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a team of Account Managers, Senior Execs and Execs.<\/li>\n<li>Build on exciting and establish new connections with senior-level clientele and play a vital role in driving further revenue channels from these clients.<\/li>\n<li>Provide 1:1 support and training with members of your team to ensure employee growth and satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps within the current team structure and work in partnership with the Head of Client Servicing in order to put forward any operational suggestions that would better the business<\/li>\n<li>Provide crisis management for any issues that are escalated both from your team and issues that arise from the client side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years in a Digital or Social Agency<\/li>\n<li>1+ year experience in an AD role<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Degree or from a similar field<\/li>\n<li>Team Management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am currently working with a leading Integrated Marketing Agency with over 10 years of experience in the Middle East.
