The Role<\/p>\n
My client is a large conglomerate in the Middle East, they are looking to hire a Fleet Ops Manager to support their rapidly growing new business venture.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Key Requirements<\/p>\n
Drive the implementation of the Operational plan to ensure that the business is taken to market and drives revenue.<\/p>\n
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices<\/p>\n
Ensure that KPI’s and targets set by the organisation are met or exceeded.<\/p>\n
Assess the costs and benefits of Driver commission structures and incentive programs to achieve the set KPI’s and targets.<\/p>\n
Manage the Fleet to ensure optimal utilisation and scheduling to maximise on road availability.<\/p>\n
Drive the operations to increase productivity, improve processes and be innovative in the application of technology in order to achieve agreed service levels and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Embed a Customer service culture to drive customer satisfaction and delight.<\/p>\n
