This is an opportunity to join a global business, who are pushing the industry forward with a wide range of advanced industrial tools and services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing new customers in their designated region, ensuring that the Sales Entity is able to meet its growth targets through excellent communications and sales skills.<\/li>\n<li>Initiating, developing, and building professional relationships with end-users and new sales opportunities in the area of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and managing professional quotations, active follow-up, and successful conversion into orders.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising between Application Engineers\/Specialists to solve applications\/needs using standard and\/or custom-designed products.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperating with local and regional colleagues to develop and implement global, regional, and local strategies within the region that will result in exceeding the annual financial targets.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting product presentations and demonstrations.<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally performing site work.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting proper prepared orders to Customer Service for processing.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to the Commercial Manager on all commercial activities within the territory, complaints, trends, competitive actions, and any recommendations to improve sales results and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all HSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the organization. Proactively participating in safety awareness and improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Sales oriented candidate with experience of account management and its affiliations, who holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering\/BA or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>At least 8 years&#8217; experience in the UAE region.<\/li>\n<li>Essential fluent oral and written English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate well with internal colleagues and external customers.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and proactive initiator; must present a professional and articulate image.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work to deadlines; excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Works well with minimal supervision; self-discipline and motivation.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of a CRM package is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Effective and efficient traveling of at least 60-80% within the allocated region (occasionally outside of the designated region) is required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales account manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing global business.<\/p>\n<p>The company offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
