Responsibilities & Skills:<\/p>\n
* Preparing timely and accurate management and statutory accounts and ad hoc reports in line with reporting deadlines<\/p>\n
* Financial reporting as required to management and Group ownership<\/p>\n
* Ensuring effective financial controls are in place and full compliance with regulations<\/p>\n
* Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for partner bank contracts<\/p>\n
* Proactively leading system and process improvements<\/p>\n
* Working with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations \/ reporting deadlines<\/p>\n
* Liaising with and supporting other areas of the business as required<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
* ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualification, preferably trained in practice with industry experience<\/p>\n
* Good fundamental accounting and Tax\/VAT knowledge<\/p>\n
* Strong IT skills, extensive Excel proficiency<\/p>\n
* Ability to grasp and analyse complex detail whilst still seeing the bigger picture<\/p>\n
* Demonstrable team leadership and managerial skills<\/p>\n
