My client is seeking a dynamic Exhibition Director to formulate a growth strategy and execute tactics to ensure the highest quality event delivery!<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will play a crucial role in devising, leading, and successfully implementing a strategy for the continual success of the Exhibition. You will also have responsibility for both digital and physical sales, visitor marketing, conference, and content development, as well as on-site event operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a Beauty ambassador, nurturing vital relationships with clients, industry associations, business leaders, and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute an ongoing strategic plan for the Beauty exhibition.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, including its competitive landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage internal stakeholder relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a trusted leadership partnership with the SVP to work on strategy, finances (budgeting and quarterly forecasting), and leverage global growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Define the focus and profile of the event to meet the needs of the industry and its user communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 6-7 years experience leading exhibitions (B2B ideally)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience as an Event Director<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in strategic thinking and strategic planning<\/li>\n<li>Looking for someone with strong experience within <strong>Beauty\/Cosmetics <\/strong>events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Salary up to SAR 50,000 + commission &amp; benefits!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>*PLEASE NOTE that due to volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am currently partnered with a renowned events company, who is globally recognized for organizing the largest events across the Middle East.
