Job Description:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In this role, you will serve as the Social Media Manager for our esteemed client, actively participating in shaping and executing their social media strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing engaging content, managing their social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that our client’s brands maintain a strong online presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects and collaborate with various clients spanning different industries.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Develop and execute creative and data-driven social media strategies tailored to our client’s unique goals and target audience.<\/li>\n

Create, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.<\/li>\n

Manage and maintain our client’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.<\/li>\n

Monitor trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior to adapt strategies and optimize performance.<\/li>\n

Engage with the community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions on our client’s social media channels.<\/li>\n

Collaborate with our client’s internal teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all channels.<\/li>\n

Utilize social media management tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide performance reports to our client.<\/li>\n

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging social media platforms to provide innovative solutions to our client.<\/li>\n

Implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, as needed, and manage the budget effectively.<\/li>\n

Offer strategic recommendations to our client and suggest ways to improve their social media presence and ROI.<\/li>\n
Qualifications:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of X years in social media management.<\/li>\n

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.<\/li>\n

Strong understanding of content creation and the ability to produce engaging and shareable content.<\/li>\n

Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.<\/li>\n

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.<\/li>\n

Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative and effective social media campaigns.<\/li>\n

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n

Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset for tracking and reporting on social media performance.<\/li>\n

Knowledge of Dubai’s market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.<\/li>\n
