Your pivotal role involves monitoring metrics, scrutinizing campaigns, and delivering insightful reports on business and consumer behaviors.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crafting strategies to amplify customer engagement and foster growth through diverse integrated campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizing customer attributes to define segments and map out effective customer journeys.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting rigorous multivariate testing while refining campaigns through comprehensive communication audits.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering feedback, tracking performance, and honing customer targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Harnessing past campaign behavioral insights to optimize email campaigns, lists, and segmentation.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously refining optimization methodologies, distilling actionable insights, and brainstorming fresh experimental ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing crucial metrics, presenting progress against set objectives, and collaborating across teams seamlessly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 3 years of hands-on experience in fintech, or B2C product domains.<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or customer value management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in marketing automation tools like MoEngage, Amplitude, Netcore, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using analytical and database tools such as Advanced Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Strong visual communication skills, coupled with the ability to simplify intricate concepts and data.<\/li>\n<li>Technical agility and a strong appetite for adopting new tools and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in multi-site collaboration spanning different time zones.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and quantitative skills, including a working knowledge of SQL and Python.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As Retention Specialist, you&#8217;ll spearhead the development and execution of impactful multi-channel campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement, acquisition, activation, and retention.
