skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Learning Program Coordination:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the logistics of learning programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Technology and Systems Management:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the implementation and optimization of learning management systems (LMS) to enhance the efficiency of training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning platforms and ensure a user-friendly experience for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Data Analysis and Reporting:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and analyze data related to learning and development initiatives to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Generate regular reports on training completion, performance metrics, and key learning outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Compliance and Quality Assurance:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure that learning programs are compliant.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular audits of training materials and processes to maintain high-quality standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external partners to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with employees to promote awareness of available learning opportunities and gather feedback for continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in learning and development operations or a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with learning management systems and other relevant technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply to be contacted with further information.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REMOTE 12-month initial contract &#8211;
