You will be responsible for motivating and guiding a high performance team whilst shaping the success of the companies market expansion. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver tailored product demonstrations for customers, prospects, and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on industry trends and tech advancements, representing the company at forums, networking events etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manager and lead a team of presales\/Sales Engineers across South Asia, India and the Middle East.<\/li>\n<li>Build a team of solutions engineers and architects, ensuring effective collaboration and client engagement<\/li>\n<li>Foster strategic partnerships and long term business relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer feedback and innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Support with managing the largest accounts across South Asia, India &amp; the Middle East.<\/li>\n<li>Be the face for the company, this role will require 50% travelling.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You must <\/strong>have over <strong>10+ <\/strong>years experience leading presales\/sales engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of sales support processes and customer management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the cyber landscape to be able to discuss industry trends with a key focus on information security.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You must <\/strong>have a strong tech commercial acumen as well as a strong understanding of IT security.<\/li>\n<li>Customer mindset with a focus on collaboration and initiative.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You must<\/strong>be flexible to travel, as you will be covering South Asia, India &amp; the Middle East.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Riyadh (My client is open to candidates wanting to relocate to Saudi)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client a growing security vendor is looking for an inspiring leader to drive innovation and growth!
