This person will be responsible for guiding collaborative efforts toward shared objectives, working closely with clients to identify the right solutions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forming a proficient Education team, overseen by the Middle East Education leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivating strong client connections with key organizations in government and industry sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and molding potential projects within Middle East Education.<\/li>\n<li>Providing high-quality solutions to Education-related challenges in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to the firm&#8217;s ethical standards and business practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated success in executing Education and skills initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Middle East as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with government bodies, educational institutions, and professional groups.<\/li>\n<li>Prior (preferably current) experience in the Middle East, showcasing the ability to foster relationships and teams within its cultural context.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English communication.<\/li>\n<li>Background in a top-tier consultancy or leading strategic firm, with evidence of sales proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership skills in managing both direct reports and broader project teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a global consultancy, is looking for a Director of Education to join their expanding team in KSA or Dubai.
