Our client is currently looking for a superstar Marketing Manager to join their team and lead all aspects of Brand, Communications, and Digital Marketing.<\/p>\n
Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n \u00b7 Drive customer acquisition and brand consideration through digital marketing channels, always ensuring that business goals are met.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Develop creative ideas for online content.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Lead, direct and motivate and measure a team of Digital Marketing and Brand Professionals.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Work with the Performance marketing agency to develop and optimize marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Conduct customer and competitive research strategy and programs, as well as provide insight on short and long term market trends and reports.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Lead all the creative development for marketing materials and brand design elements, including concept development, creative direction, and tactical executions.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ensure brand and content strategy and experiences can live native to relevant mediums, spanning all digital channels, including direct response, display, video, search, email, social, and mobile marketing.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Work with the PR marketing agency providing imagery and content briefs.<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n \u00b7 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the food & beverage industry.<\/p>\n \u00b7 You have previously built brands that people love, across cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented, and evaluated.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Strong problem-solving skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ability to clearly show previous examples of creative thinking with a data-driven mindset<\/p>\n \u00b7 Strong verbal, and written communication skills.<\/p>\n \u00b7 You have a proactive work ethic and a do-er.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Fluent in English communication, additional languages a bonus.<\/p>\n \n Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Our client is currently looking for a superstar Marketing Manager to join their team and lead all aspects of Brand, Communications, and Digital Marketing.
