Responsible for data security, accuracy, and accessibility.<\/li>\n<li>Provide business solutions using your expertise in the data engineering domain.<\/li>\n<li>Design and build high-performance, secure, and scalable company data warehouse and pipeline to support data science projects following best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in the data engineering field<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, scheduled queries, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in data modelling techniques such as Kimball star schema, Anchor modelling, and Data vault<\/li>\n<li>Competence in scripting languages such as Python<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in relational SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably with PostgreSQL, PITR, Pg_basebackup, WAL archival, and Replication<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with column-oriented storage or data warehouses such as parquet, Redshift, and Bigquery<\/li>\n<li>In-depth skills in developing and maintaining ETL\/ELT data pipelines and workflow management tools such as Airflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*** Only successful candidates will be contacted ***<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client is one of the largest online brokers.
