As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for growing their portfolio of investors, raising funds for attractive investment opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying potential investors, developing relationships, and securing the capital necessary to support their portfolio of high-growth businesses.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively seek out and engage with potential investors, understanding their investment criteria and interests.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to raise debt and equity capital for our investment opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential investors, ensuring a steady flow of capital.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the investment team to structure deals that meet the needs of both our businesses and investors.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously analyze market trends and investment patterns to identify new opportunities and refine fundraising strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, investment or financial services sector.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial models and investment strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of raising funds and managing investor relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a results-driven individual with experience in sales and a passion for helping clients we invite you to apply today.
