As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of the company’s innovative products in K12 schools. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, solving problems, and driving customer satisfaction, upsells and retention.<\/p>\n
