{"id":743201,"date":"2024-06-06T09:03:53","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T08:03:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/brand-performance-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-07-21T12:25:29","modified_gmt":"2024-07-21T11:25:29","slug":"brand-performance-manager-743201","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/marketing\/digital-marketing\/brand-performance-manager-743201","title":{"rendered":"Brand Performance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a leading global aviation company is currently looking for a creative Brand Performance Manager to join their team.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide brand support to all stakeholders, both internal and external, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular reports on market and audience performance, ensuring relevant teams are updated on brand performance and suggested improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Organize performance review sessions for agencies and stakeholders as required.<\/li>\n<li>Manage stakeholder requirements, gather feedback, and secure approvals to ensure alignment before, during, and after project completion.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the brand custodian across the business, reviewing and providing feedback on marketing assets, and ensuring consistency in branding and sponsorship materials.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a brand ambassador within the business, educating staff about the brand and its core values.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the effective reporting of brand performance, liaising with brand insights agencies to ensure regular brand health meetings and follow-up on monthly actions.<\/li>\n<li>Stand in for the Senior Brand &amp; Product Marketing Manager as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> At least 7-8 years of experience in brand and\/or marketing roles within a matrix and global organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team player with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across various disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of solving problems quickly, thinking creatively, and meeting localization requirements for diverse markets.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of brand-building strategies, differentiation, and consumer insights across various brand segments.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a brand or insights role, with knowledge of multiple markets.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably experienced in aviation, travel, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>University degree required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a leading global aviation company is currently looking for a creative Brand Performance Manager to join their team.
