Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Process Analysis<\/strong>: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design efficient and scalable solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Integration<\/strong>: Integrate SAP FICA with other SAP modules (such as FI, CO, SD, MM) and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation and Training<\/strong>: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Testing and Validation<\/strong>: Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and compliance with business requirements. Perform data migration and system upgrades as needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process Optimization<\/strong>: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance and Security<\/strong>: Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, managing risk and implementing necessary controls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Communication<\/strong>: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Educational Background<\/strong>: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP FICA, including implementation and support. Experience with other SAP modules is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Proficiency<\/strong>: Strong knowledge of SAP FICA configuration and customization, including integration with other SAP modules.
