My client is seeking a <strong>Exhibition Project Manager<\/strong> to oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of exhibitions and events. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with various teams internally to keep event projects on track and achieve desired outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the event lifecycle, from initial concept to post-event analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and direct onsite staff and team members to ensure successful event delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the smooth execution of event production and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure the best possible terms.<\/li>\n<li>Production and speaker management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Management position (Events focused)<\/li>\n<li>You must have strong experience working for an events, exhibitions\/conference company for this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Salary up to SAR 32,000<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am currently partnered with a renowned events company, who is globally recognized for organizing the largest events across the Middle East.
