{"id":757989,"date":"2024-08-07T09:36:44","date_gmt":"2024-08-07T08:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/operational-support-administrator\/"},"modified":"2024-09-21T12:25:26","modified_gmt":"2024-09-21T11:25:26","slug":"operational-support-administrator-757989","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/technology\/project-programme-management\/operational-support-administrator-757989","title":{"rendered":"Operational Support Administrator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am working with a Big 4 Consultancy who are looking for an Operational Support Administrator to join them in Riyadh, on a 6-month initial contract.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have proven experience in research and information development, and will support the daily operations, such as reporting, organizing and classifying files, preparing email bodies and templates to be sent, weekly report, dashboards, and attending client progress report meetings<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, organize, and classify files to maintain an orderly and accessible filing system.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and prepare email bodies and templates for various communications.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and distribute weekly reports to provide updates and insights on key metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of operational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Attend client progress report meetings and provide accurate and timely updates.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in an operational support role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and client presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to attend and actively participate in client meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>6-month initial contract &#8211; with extensions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please apply to be contacted with further information.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am working with a Big 4 Consultancy who are looking for an Operational Support Administrator to join them in Riyadh, on a 6-month initial contract.
