You will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate strong client relationships, and leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve client satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Development:<\/strong> Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OOH media sector. Develop and present compelling proposals to attract new clients and expand market share.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Market Analysis:<\/strong> Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revenue Generation:<\/strong> Oversee the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies to achieve financial targets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with overall business goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the OOH media sector or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership:<\/strong> Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams. Ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving ambitious goals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client-Centric Approach:<\/strong> Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a keen ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategic Thinking:<\/strong> Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in using data and insights to drive decision-making.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
