This role will be instrumental in driving the adoption of AI solutions, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the offerings meet client needs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a strategic pre-sales framework to support sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor a high-performing pre-sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how AI solutions can address their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops that effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and create tailored solutions for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and ensure product alignment with market demands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Market Insights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a thought leader in AI, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proposal Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the creation of compelling proposals and RFP responses that highlight our solutions&#8217; capabilities and advantages.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and reflects the latest product features and functionalities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions architecture within the software industry, with a focus on AI and machine learning.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading successful pre-sales teams and driving significant revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and their applications across various industries.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client: A leading global provider of AI software solutions, committed to delivering innovative technology that transforms industries.
