The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the exhibition industry, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. This role requires strategic planning, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise, evaluate, and optimize annual, quarterly, and monthly sales planning and operational processes, monitoring sales progress.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain prospect lists; conduct research and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitive environments to collaborate with the team in developing relevant show content and sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and initiate show visits, both international and local; attend competitor events to gain insights on venue, pavilion, stand setups, and campaign techniques for new and key exhibitor sourcing.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service and Relationship Management:<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with key clients.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing exhibitor service throughout the event cycle, particularly for key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage key accounts and rebookings to achieve targeted retention and rebooking rates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a sales position within the exhibition or events industry.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling exhibition stands.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of custom exhibition stands and the exhibition industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>** Please note due to volume of applicants only successful applicants will be contacted **<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salary up to AED 20,000 + great commission!
