{"id":787370,"date":"2024-12-09T05:11:23","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T05:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/agile-coach\/"},"modified":"2024-12-09T05:11:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T05:11:24","slug":"agile-coach-787370","status":"publish","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/mena\/jobs\/technology\/web-mobile-development\/agile-coach-787370\/","title":{"rendered":"Agile Coach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u231b<\/strong><strong> 12-month initial contract &#8211; with extensions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcb0<\/strong><strong> Up to AED 30,000 + visa + healthcare for candidate only.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>I am working with a leading financial institution here in the UAE that is looking to bring on an Agile Coach on an initial 12-month contract:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach to lead and support their organization&#8217;s transition to fully adopting agile principles and practices across all departments and levels.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in agile methodologies, change management, and leadership development and a demonstrated ability to drive large-scale agile transformations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>You will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing the agile practices and maturity roadmap for 5-10 Agile Squads.<\/li>\n<li>Developing agile maturity assessment criteria, evaluating squads, and providing ratings along with actionable improvement plans.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching teams on Agile mindset and practices, refining processes like ceremonies, reporting, estimation, and user stories.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing agile adoption within squads while embedding and reinforcing agile principles.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a problem-solver at the squad level, removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Providing guidance to squad members on areas for improvement based on specified assessment criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting Scrum Masters in facilitating and planning key Scrum events, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.<\/li>\n<li>Helping shape the enterprise&#8217;s agile strategy, including leadership engagement and education efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Driving the education and adoption of the SAFe framework, including leading PI planning and supporting Product Owners with product roadmaps and backlog preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Running Scrum of Scrums to assist Scrum Masters in a Release Train Engineer (RTE) capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Defining, compiling, and communicating portfolio-level reporting for squads and the Agile Release Train (ART).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply to be contacted with further information.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u231b 12-month initial contract &#8211; with extensions \ud83d\udcb0 Up to AED 30,000 + visa + healthcare for candidate only.
